Jubail Terraces

Jubail Terraces is an off-plan project by Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) who has awarded the contract to Construction General Contracting House (CGCH) for its development. The mixed-use community in Al Jubail Island will feature 242-units spread across low-rise blocks. There will be a mix of apartments, villas and townhouses in studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts.
