The developers have already sold around 40 percent of the units – even with construction to be completed in late 2017.

Bayut’s inside scoop is that the developer, the Forum Group, has launched the large-scale residential project only last year and has been targeting high-net-worth individuals from the GCC region, as well as Russia, India and Europe. With them in mind, the developers aimed to deliver nothing but ultra-luxury. Hence, XXII Carat villas o offer a beachfront resort-style living on the one and only – the Palm. More specifically, it’s a private beachfront gated community comprising of uniquely designed seven-bedroom villas ranging from 8,000 to 13,000 square feet with dramatic views of the Dubai skyline.
