All about the soon-to-open Warsan Souk
One of Nakheel’s latest developments in Dubai is the Warsan Village. This upcoming project comprises spacious 3-bed townhouses, fine apartments and the Warsan Souk. This soon-to-open epic retail space in International City will be home to a prolific amount of shops, restaurants and cafes. While the developers haven’t yet revealed all the details about Souk Warsan, here’s what we know so far.
WARSAN SOUK DUBAI LOCATION
The Nakheel Warsan Souk is a shopping mall located in the International City district of Dubai. The mall project is part of the Warsan Village development that sits adjacent to the France Cluster in International City. Warsan Village is connected to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Manama Street (D67).

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE NEW SOUK
Warsan Souk Dubai is a mega project that comprises eight buildings spread over an area of 650,000 sq. ft. Each building has two floors of retail space and residential units built above that.
Once the mall opens up, residents will have more than 1,100 stores to shop at and 30 different cafés and restaurants to choose from. The Warsan Souk Mall will also be home to two large department stores.

WHAT IS THE SOUK WARSAN OPENING DATE?
The opening date has not been announced yet. However, given that Nakheel has put the mall’s retail shops up for leasing, this shopping destination could open later this year.

Again, we do not know the exact souk timings just yet. This information will only be available once the souk is complete and open to the public.
WHAT ARE THE RESIDENTIAL OPTIONS NEAR THIS SOUK BY NAKHEEL?
The mall is part of the gated Warsan Village community located on the outer edge of International City, Dubai. When looking for residential options close to the souk, you have a few different choices to consider.
Families looking for bigger, spacious homes can explore the available villas for rent in Warsan Village. Those of you more inclined towards apartment living can rent apartments in Warsan Village or look at the available options for rental apartments in International City.

Contrary to its name, the Warsan Souk will not resemble any of the traditional souks in Dubai. It will be more like the shopping malls in Dubai – a modern shopping destination with some top-of-the-line brands and restaurants in it.
