DHA IMMUNISATION SCHEDULE FOR PERSONS AGED 7-18 YEARS

- Those who have completed the recommended childhood DTP/DTaP vaccination series will need to get the Td/ Tdap booster shots at age 11–12.
- If they have not been previously vaccinated, children will need to get immunisation doses for the Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) at the age of 11-12 years and at the age 13–18 years. Another alternative to this is the Meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine (MPSV4).
- If your children have not been vaccinated already, they should also be immunised for Hepatitis B with a 3-dose series and Varicella with a 2-dose vaccine cycle.

For a fee of AED 120, a health card and a vaccination card will be issued for the child. The Dubai health card is valid for one year.
