Also, Room 971 serves as a bookable space for private parties and special events. Meanwhile, The Hangout is the ideal place to unwind after a long day. Later this year, a new Podcast Studio will open its doors to residents and the public. Featuring excellent recording equipment and effective soundproofing, it will be a centre for budding podcasters to tell their stories to the world.
