The town is abuzz with news that the third outlet of the popular restaurant, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, is all set to open its doors in Dubai for 2020. Owned and created by English celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal, the restaurant is running to its full capacity in London and Melbourne. The restaurant promises to add more flair to the pulsating culinary culture in Dubai.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will be housed in the currently under-construction Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences on the Palm Jumeirah. The restaurant promises to bring some of the finest creations by Heston including the iconic dish “Meat Fruit”, a chicken liver parfait created artistically to resemble a mandarin.

HUTONG

While DIFC is the key financial hub of Dubai, the upscale neighbourhood is also known for its amazing restaurants. Things are about to heat up in January 2020 when Hutong, a popular Chinese restaurant opens in Dubai. 

Every dish at Hutong is inspired by Northern Chinese cuisine. Their signature items from the London and Hong Kong menu are soft shell crab with dried chilli and halibut red star noodles.

The Hutong restaurant in Hong Kong is one of the first Chinese restaurants with a Michelin Star. A chic lounge bar, two private dining areas and a beautiful terrace will be the highlight of this new eatery in Dubai.

French food buffs will be delighted to know that The Maine Oyster Bar and Grill will open its second restaurant in the city at the Opus in Business Bay. The restaurant is named The Maine Land Brasserie and it will be another addition to the list of popular French restaurants in Dubai.

One of the upcoming restaurants in Dubai, The Maine Land Brasserie will have a slightly different menu from the outlet at JBR in Dubai. The new menu will feature a selection of meat-infused dishes with grill style brasserie.

ROKA
