Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will be housed in the currently under-construction Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences on the Palm Jumeirah. The restaurant promises to bring some of the finest creations by Heston including the iconic dish “Meat Fruit”, a chicken liver parfait created artistically to resemble a mandarin.
