The real estate news from Abu Dhabi features Makani Real Estate. The company aims to buy and build new community centres and malls in the capital. It currently owns shopping malls worth AED 1.5M in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
Makani Real Estate is currently building a new community centre with multiple retail stores and restaurants in Al Khalidiyah. It is expected to open in the last quarter of 2023. CEO of the company said:
“Our vision is to expand the retail presence of our business, to design a customer-centric experience for our shoppers and community.”
The master developer also plans to build two new malls in Shakhbout City and Mohammed bin Zayed City. These projects are expected to be completed in the next two years. They are also working on another redevelopment plan for the existing malls, including Makani Zakher, Al Ain Mall and Shamkha Mall, as well as two other small community centres.
The company has acquired Makani Zakher and Al Ain Mall for AED 1.03 billion.
LAUNCH OF FAIRMONT RESIDENCES DUBAI SKYLINE
