National Properties has stirred excitement across Dubai’s real estate sector after they announced the launch of 399 Hills Park in Dubai Hills Estate. Offering upscale urban living, the project will be designed to promote a family-friendly lifestyle.

IMAN DEVELOPERS LAUNCHES A LUXURY PROJECT IN DUBAI
One of Dubai’s real estate developers, Iman Developers, has amazed investors with the launch of their AED 200 million ($54.4M) residential project – Oxford Gardens.
The upcoming project will span 165,000 sq. ft., featuring premium amenities such as a rooftop infinity pool, a gym, a yoga area, a jacuzzi, EV charging stations and a kids’ play area, among other things.
- Oxford Gardens will have 400-450 sq. ft. studios, available from AED 535k.
- The cost of 650 – 800 sq. ft. 1-bedroom apartments in Oxford Gardens will start from AED 790k.
- Ranging from 1,200 – 1,600 sq. ft., 2-bedroom flats in Oxford Gardens will be available from AED 1.1M.

SHERWOODS INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY UNVEILS A TOWNHOUSE PROJECT IN JVC
In other Dubai real estate news, Sherwoods International Property (also known as Sherwoods) has announced the launch of West Azure – a project featuring 13 townhouses in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
- Each townhouse will have four bedrooms — built in minimalist style, featuring a multi-purpose basement that can be adapted as a home office, cinema, playroom, storage area or an extra bedroom.
- The cost of townhouses will start from AED 2.9M.
- Handovers are expected to begin by June 2023.
REPORTAGE PROPERTIES REVEALS A 653-UNIT PROJECT IN DUBAI
One of the largest private developers in the UAE, Reportage Properties, has been making waves after they launched a 653-unit residential project in Dubailand.
- The project, known as Bianca, will feature over 500 2 to 4-bedroom townhouses.
- The units will come with unique specifications such as built-in wardrobes, a maid’s room, a laundry room, private parking, an internal elevator and a kitchen with cabinets.
- Residents will enjoy easy access to pools, private parking, schools, tennis courts, BBQ areas, shops and a gym.
- Dubai’s popular tourist destinations, such as the Mall of the Emirates and Global Village, will be nearby.
NEW DEVELOPMENT LAUNCHES ON YAS ISLAND
In other UAE real estate news, Ethmar International Holding and Al Nahda International Holding have announced the launch of a new project in Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi.
- Known as Sea La Vie, the AED 2 billion ($545M) project will be the epitome of timeless design and luxury.
- Sea La Vie will feature 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses, lofts and townhouses with high-end amenities.
ARADA ROLLS OUT THE SIXTH PHASE OF THE SHARJAH WOODLAND PROJECT
Following the successful launch of Sarai, the UAE-based developer ARADA has launched Sequoia, the sixth phase of Masaar’s residential woodland project in Al Suyoh, Sharjah.
- Sequoia will have 338 nature-inspired homes within walking distance of Masaar Central – a leisure and fitness community hub.
- The project will offer easy access to a kids’ play area, a skate park and an amphitheatre.
- When it comes to properties, homes in Sequoia will range from 2-bedroom to 6-bedroom forest villas featuring pristine pools, spacious terraces and additional lounges.
- Sequoia houses are expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
Besides these homes in Sequoia district, Masaar will feature 3,000 residences spread over its seven gated districts — connected to a green spine comprising 50,000 trees.
