According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia under Ordinance No. 256, UAE residents and citizens with valid residents permits can get a short-term tourist visa on arrival for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

Travelling amidst the COVID-19 pandemic calls for some restrictions on entry points in all countries around the globe. Georgia has implemented some restrictions to keep travellers and locals safe. Those with plans to travel from UAE to Georgia are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test no later than 72 hours before arriving in the country.
Travellers should also bring their Vaccination Certificate (after completion of two doses) to ease their entry into Georgia. Passengers entering Georgia with a COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate need to complete a self-declaration form.
Please note that children 10-years-old or younger are exempt from a negative PCR test before arrival in Georgia.

Unvaccinated passengers travelling from the UAE to Georgia will require a negative PCR test taken 72 hours before their flight. Passengers must also complete the online registration form and present the confirmation e-mail at the immigration check-in counter at the airport.
