- You can also book a date and time for your move from the My Etisalat UAE app
- Provide your new address, the date of your move and any working landline number in the area of the new home. The number can be of a restaurant, a store, a café, the same building, or any nearby building.
- Alternatively, you could provide the Etisalat ID or Makani number of the new address
- Once you’ve provided all the details mentioned above, your current eLife connection will be terminated at your old address
- In the next stage, Etisalat’s customer representatives will call to schedule the technician’s visit to install the eLife connection in your new home
- The technician will visit your premises within five to seven working days from the date of your Etisalat home service transfer request. The technician will install your new eLife connection
- Don’t forget to take your Wi-Fi wireless router, TV decoder (set-top-box), and cables to your new home. The technician will require this equipment to install your eLife connection at the new address.
WHAT ARE THE ETISALAT INTERNET CONNECTION TRANSFER CHARGES?
The Etisalat eLife relocation or transfer service fee is AED 150 (without VAT). Additional charges might include extra cables, should they be needed during the installation process at your new home. These charges could total between AED 150 to AED 300. The charges will be added to your next bill.
