It is a three-day food festival held at SkyDive Dubai (Dubai Marina) and is returning to the city with a bang. TASTE OF DUBAI 2024 DATES AND TIMINGS
Taste of Dubai 2024 will take place at SkyDive Dubai at Dubai Marina, from the 23rd to the 25th of February. The timings for the event for the three days are as follows.
- 23rd Feb (Friday): 03:00 pm – 12:00 am
- 24th Feb (Saturday): 12:00 pm – 12:00 am
- 25th Feb (Sunday): 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
TASTE OF DUBAI 2024 TICKETS
You can purchase tickets for the Taste of Dubai festival from PlatinumList, a popular ticketing platform in the UAE.
Tickets include access to the masterclasses, cooking school sessions and Waterfront BBQ School sessions on a first-come-first-served basis. Children under the age of 12 get free entry. The ticket prices are split into two categories: individual tickets and groups of two (at subsidised prices).

Get shuckin’ at Dibba Bay Oyster Shuck Off
To clarify, Shucking is opening an oyster’s shell and revealing its meat.
Part of the Dibba Bay Oyster Festival, ‘Dibba Bay Oyster Shuck Off’ centres around a shucking competition. Chefs and participants will compete for the UAE shucking champion, with Shucking Guinness World Record holder Patrick McMurray hosting the contest. You also get to taste and learn about the practice and oysters in detail.
Brush up on your cooking skills at Philips Cook School
Master your cooking skills at the Philips Cook School masterclass, where you can talk to celebrity chefs about perfecting the art. This is an opportunity to learn how to improve various dishes, talk to them about cooking techniques, and discover recipes to spice up your next plate at home.
Try your hand at barbecuing at the Waterfront Market BBQ School
Waterfront Market, one of Dubai’s top destinations for fresh foods, is running a barbecue school (or BBQ School). Celebrity chef and barbecue ace Christos Lymperis will host this masterclass, taking learners through all the tips and tricks of acing BBQ. Whether you want to grill your next patty or a corn on the cob, this class promises to take you from a zero to a hundred.
Prepare for a cook-off at Kibsons Cooking Challenge
Do you wonder what it would be like to participate in the TV show MasterChef? Here’s your time to shine! Kibsons International is hosting the Kibsons Mystery Box Cooking Challenge. In this cooking contest, each contestant is given a ‘mystery box of goodies’ (ingredients) and asked to cook a dish that can stun the judges.
The competition will take place on all three days of the food festival. Remember that registrations open on the event day at the venue and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Try the RAW Coffee Barista Workshops
If you’re a coffee enthusiast, this workshop would interest you. Organised by RAW Coffee Company’s workshops, it gives you a chance to step into the shoes of a barista and learn to create and sip wonderful coffees.
As a bonus, attendees of this workshop get complimentary sustainable dishes on buying drinks from the bar.
Let the little ones have a fun time at Splash and Party Kid’s Zone
Do you want to have some child-free time while you’re at Taste of Dubai? Drop your kids off at the Splash ‘n’ Party Kids Zone. This children’s area has bouncy castles, workshops and more.

Those accessing the festival via RTA buses can use the bus stop near SkyDive Dubai. The best route to take is bus number 84.
