How does SmartShare work?
SmartShare (the link) is launched when you send an SMS or WhatsApp enquiry from the Bayut app to an agent. The agent will receive your query with this SmartShare link.
The link will allow your agent to view the property of your interest and add other listings that fit your requirements onto the same link! These newly-added listings are visible to you in real-time.
Here’s the fun part: you can share your feedback on the property recommendations you receive, by using the interested/not-interested buttons at the bottom. Based on this feedback, your agent can then curate their recommendations to you in a more defined way.
