All services at Service 1 are offered as ‘bundles’. With this method, all related services under a certain type of request are bunched under a comprehensive package and offered to visitors. Having all government services grouped under a single ‘bundle’ eliminates the need for customers to visit multiple government service centres in Dubai to fulfil one request.
Currently, there are three bundles at Service 1 which are based on life events: Marriage, Birth and even starting a new business in Dubai.
