DUBAI TRAM AND DUBAI METRO FINE PAYMENT

PRINTED FINE TICKET
If you have received a printed fine ticket, you can choose to pay directly to the inspector when the fine is issued. Alternatively, you can visit the Customer Happiness Centre at Al Manarah, Al Twar, Al Barsha or Al Kilaf
Please ensure that you carry the ID against which the fine was issued when visiting the Customer Happiness Centres to pay the fines.
MANUALLY-ISSUED FINE TICKET
If you have been given a written or manually-issued fine ticket on the tram or metro, you can pay the fine at any of the Dubai Metro stations.
