Umm Al Emarat Park
Formerly known as Mushrif Central Park, Umm Al Emarat Park in Abu Dhabi is a community-focused recreational facility. The park was established to forward the legacy of His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who always worked to preserve the natural environment. Along with other attractions like fountains, a play area, green spaces and shaded pathways, there is also a petting zoo at the Umm Al Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi.
Known as Animal Barn, the petting zoo at the Umm Al Emarat Park is situated inside the Children’s Garden. Visitors can interact with cuddly farm animals at the barn, including rabbits, ponies, goats, camels and horses. Children can also go on horse or pony rides here.

Al Ain Zoo
Spread across 4 kilometres, Al Ain Zoo houses more than 4,000 animals belonging to 200 different species. It is one of the largest zoos in the UAE and imitates the natural environment of its animal inhabitants. You can find a range of fauna at the zoo, including giraffes, hippos, Arabian oryxes, big cats, ostriches, chimpanzees, penguins, meerkats, flamingos and more.
