ABOUT OCR PARK ABU DHABI
Obstacle Course Race (OCR) Park is the largest permanent obstacle course in Abu Dhabi. Located on Hudayriyat Island (also spelt as Hudayriat Island), OCR Park offers an exciting and adventurous experience in the country’s capital.
Combining fitness and fun, the park is perfect for adventure-seekers and fitness enthusiasts. Situated in one of Abu Dhabi’s most prominent entertainment districts, OCR welcomes people of all athletic levels and tests their mettle against a strategically designed obstacle course.

FOR ADULTS
10 FEET TO FREEDOM
Do you have what it takes to climb over a 10-foot high wooden wall – the first obstacle in adult course? 10 Feet to Freedom is perfect for those who want to test their speed, strength and agility.
OUTRANKED
10 Feet to Freedom is followed by Outranked. Angled at 45-degrees, Outranked is a ramp that you attempt to climb with the help of ropes.
DROP AND ROLL
This one’s pretty exciting. Inspired by a military training program, this involves lots of barbed wire that lays low on a trail of sand. Crawl under each wire and come out as a champion!
BEHIND ENEMY LINES
Behind Enemy Lines is a combination of bars and barrels. You must climb up 10-foot on a ladder, jump from the top, hold the rings on each barrel and swing towards the bars. Once you reach the bars, jump off and go down the ladder!
THE TANK
Love climbing? The Tank obstacle in OCR Park Abu Dhabi is for you. The obstacle packs enough thrills to give you a proper adrenaline rush! Make your way past through the straps and cargo nets to reach the top.
WRONG WAY ROUND
The fifth obstacle is an eight feet inclined wall. Easy-peasy? Here is the twist – the obstacle is literally built the Wrong Way Round! So you have to jump up to the main side and then slide down to the other one. Wrong Way Round is different from all the other obstacles at the park.
ESCAPE PATH
The next obstacle in your way to the freedom is Escape Path – a 10-foot high wall. Climb all the way to the top and then channel your upper body strength to descend.
DRILL INSTRUCTOR
Angled at a higher incline, Drill Instructor is a gravity-defying obstacle. To overcome this challenge, you must get to the top with the help of attached ropes as soon as you can!
FOR KIDS
UP AND OVER
Up and Over is the first obstacle on the kids course. Made of straps and cargo net, Up and Over is a triangular frame that kids must climb over to descend. Challenge your kids to take the plunge!
5 FEET TO FREEDOM
As the name suggests, 5 Feet to Freedom is similar to its adult course equivalent. The only difference is the height of the wall. This is a 5-foot tall wooden wall that kids must climb over to get to the other side.
THE SERGEANT
The Sergeant is another fun challenge for kids. To conquer this challenge, they have to hold onto the ropes and cross the set of swings one by one. The Sergeant is one of the most popular obstacles on the kids course.
MINI INSTRUCTOR
If there’s one obstacle that can really get the kids sweating, it is Mini Instructor! This mini- version of Drill Instructor culminates in fun and thrill. Challengers must go to the top of the inclined slope and then descend from the railings to come out victorious.
I SEE THE LIGHT
I See The Light is another obstacle for kids. It is a tunnel made of ropes that kids must crawl through to reach to the other side. Let your little ones conquer the fear of closed-in places through this obstacle!
RAMBO
Rambo is the most exciting of all. This is a strong net made with ropes that kids must climb over to move to the other side like a Tarzan. This one involves lots of swinging and we all know how much kids love to climb and swing!
ESCAPE PATH
Similar to Up and Over, Escape Path is a wall of rope that kids must climb to get to the top and descend towards the other side.
