The RTA recently announced a change in the road speed limit on Tripoli Street. The new speed limit in Dubai 2019 is applicable from Friday, October 25, 2019.
The new speed limit on Tripoli Street will most likely impact Mirdif residents or those living in Al Warqaa. People travelling towards Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and/or Emirates Road via Tripoli Street can count on a decrease in their commute time.
What is the New Dubai Speed Limit?
The revised road speed limit is applied in two divisions on Tripoli Street.
- From Emirates Road to Nouakchott Street, the speed limit is increased from 80 km/h to 100 km/h.
- The new road speed limit from Nouakchott Street to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road is 90 km/h.
