RAFFLES RESIDENCES AND PENTHOUSES
Raffles Residences and Penthouses is an upcoming project in Dubai planned to be located in Raffles The Palm. The masterplan includes 2 to 5-bedroom units, embodying the elegance typical of the 5-star hotel.
These residences will boast modern interiors and high-end fixtures. Those living in these world-class apartments will have access to a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, a mini golf area, a yoga studio and a gym.
BELMONT RESIDENCES
A project by Ellington Properties, the Belmont Residences will be a 5-storey tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). The building will offer studios to 2-bedroom apartments adorned with beautiful aesthetics and grand interiors.
Belmont Residences will be located 20 to 25 minutes from both the Burj Khalifa and Dubai International Airport.
ELVIRA
Described as a ‘Parkland Paradise’, Elvira is the hottest two-tower development launched in Dubai in February 2023. Once fully developed, Elvira will comprise 1 to 3-bedroom contemporary apartments boasting spacious rooms and substantial balconies.
Elvira will have open green areas surrounded by trees, a basketball court, a dog park, kids’ play areas and an outdoor gym. The Emaar development will also offer easy access to leisure, medical and educational facilities in Dubai Hills Estate.
AVENUE RESIDENCE 4
Next on our list of upcoming apartment projects in Dubai is Avenue Residence 4 by Nabni Real Estate Developments. This will be a 12-storey residential building in Al Furjan, comprising 130 apartments complete with gold-plated finishes in studio to 3-bedroom configurations. The building will be close to The Walk, JBR and The Els Club.
ERIN
Set to be developed by Meraas, Erin will be a new development in Central Park, City Walk. Erin will offer 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses with modern interiors and high-end amenities.
As for facilities, there will be pools, kids’ play areas, sports courts, a running track, a dog park and a nursery.
UPPER HOUSE
Next on our list is Upper House by Ellington Properties. Located in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), this building will offer premium studios to 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses with a home automation system.
Residents can expect a lap pool, a kids’ splash pad, an urban basketball court, a BBQ area, a yoga studio, a cinema room and more. The development will offer easy access to a vast range of dining, shopping and leisure facilities in Dubai.
DIPLOMAT RESIDENCES
Diplomat Residences by Nshama is another upcoming project in Dubai. Nestled in Town Square, the project will comprise elegantly-designed studios to 3-bedroom apartments featuring modern amenities.
Once fully completed, Diplomat Residences will have a gym, restaurants, a pool, tennis courts and much more. The development will be located 15 to 20 minutes from Jebel Ali Racecourse, Dubai Miracle Garden and Palm Jumeirah.
THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES
Situated in Business Bay, The Ritz-Carlton Residences will offer a sophisticated living experience in Dubai.
There will be around 73 residences, including 1 to 3-bedroom furnished units. Apartments will feature a living room with oak flooring and a thoughtfully-designed kitchen.

SOBHA SEAHAVEN
Launched by Sobha Group, Sobha SeaHaven will be a waterfront apartment building in Dubai Marina. The project will feature 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, offering iconic views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and Ain Dubai.
Potential buyers will have access to a healthcare centre, a gym, a kids’ play area and a parking facility, among other amenities.
CREEK EDGE

BINGHATTI CRESCENT
Binghatti Crescent is a 5-storey residential building comprising a choice of 1 to 3-bedroom apartments. The building will be located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), offering many facilities, including a kids’ play area, a gym, a supermarket, a pool and more.

Jouri Hills Jumeirah Golf Estates a project by ARADA will enclose 294 luxury homes in Jumeirah Golf Estates, featuring 3-bedroom townhouses to 6-bedroom mansions.
