All about the bus from Muscat to Abu Dhabi
Mwasalat, Oman’s national public transport service, has announced the resumption of the bus from Muscat to Abu Dhabi. The service was suspended during the pandemic. ABOUT THE BUS FROM MUSCAT TO ABU DHABI
Pre-pandemic the Abu Dhabi to Muscat bus was a cost-effective option for residents of both countries. Considering the demand, Mwasalat has restarted the Route 202 bus.

The Route 202 bus starts its journey from Muscat and ends the journey at its last stop in the UAE’s capital. Here is a look at the route.

The timings are:
- From Muscat, the departing time is 06:30 am and it would arrive in Abu Dhabi at 03:40 pm.
- The bus will leave the UAE capital at 10:45 am and arrive in Muscat at 08:35 pm.

HOW TO BOOK A TICKET?
Here is the process to book your ticket.
- On the Mwasalat website and on the homepage enter trip details including dates and passengers.
- Select the boarding point and dropping point and click continue.
- Next, you would have to log in to Mwasalat. There is the option to sign up or move ahead from a guest account.
- Upload the documents and check the box confirming you have UAE residency or passport.
- Pay the fare.
- Get your ticket by email.
