DUBAI PROPERTIES MOVE-IN PERMIT
To get a Dubai Properties move-in permit, you must register as a homeowner or tenant on the RealConnect app or portal.

- Emirates ID is required for all. National ID for GCC nationals

The documents you will be required to submit with the form include your Emirates ID, passport, copy of valid UAE visa, and Ejari. GCC Nationals need only to submit their Ejari and National ID. Furthermore, you have to enter the following information.
