Cons of Living in DSP
While the neighbourhood is certainly appealing thanks to its many conveniences, there are a couple of disadvantages of living in Dubai Science Park as well. Consider these factors before you plan on moving to DSP.
No Villas or Townhouses
The community doesn’t have any townhouses or villas, making it less family-friendly. However, since it has 2-bedroom apartments and the aforementioned academic institutions, families with children will find the community a good choice. But if you are set on a villa or townhouse, moving to Dubai Science Park is not a great idea.
The Area is still Undergoing Development
One of the few challenges of living in Dubai Science Park is that the area is still undergoing development. For now, it has only two residential towers available: Montrose Residence and Bella Rose. This means available flats might be limited for a while.
