ALL ABOUT THE KHORFAKKAN WATERFALL

The Khorfakkan Waterfall was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. The man-made waterfall is located on a natural cliff that overlooks the Khorfakkan Corniche. The waterfall is 43 metres above sea level, 45 metres long and 11 metres wide. There are multiple openings where visitors can see the water slope through the top of the cave to the bottom of the mountain. Moreover, from the top aperture, you can enjoy panoramic views of Khorfakkan Beach.
Furthermore, the cave has plenty of other offerings for visitors. There is a café, a restaurant, a service room and an outdoor seating area for tourists. Businesses can book the centre to host their organisational meetings. Whereas the restaurant and café can serve more than 80 people with both indoor and outdoor seating. HOW TO GET TO KHORFAKKAN FROM DUBAI?
The easiest way to get to Khorfakkan is by private car, and the total distance is around 163 km. In terms of public transport, you will have to go to Al Fahidi station via metro. From there you can travel to Fujairah and take a taxi.
