UNDERSTANDING OF THE MARKET IS THE KEY TO SUCCEED IN REAL ESTATE
In our last segment, our panellist Mark Richards highlighted the importance of gaining in-depth knowledge of the market and understanding of the tools to address client’s demands which can translate to more leads and referrals.
Discussing the subject of market knowledge and expertise further, he said that you should ‘offer good product knowledge on the units that renters or buyers are looking for in the community as well as comparable communities that might be interesting as well, whether they are new or experienced in Dubai.’
