- Click on “Play” and select “Buy Now.”
- Select the number of water bottles you want to purchase, then click “Next”. Each bottle costs AED 35 and makes you eligible for one line on the Mahzooz Saturday Millions, including the Raffle Draw and the Grand Draw.
- Choose five numbers from the 49 given numbers. There’s also an option to use a randomiser feature to select your entry. Your wins or losses depend on your entry, so this is your moment to try your luck
- Once you’ve decided on the numbers and draw date you wish to participate, click ‘Add to Cart’ and then click ‘Checkout.’
- You will be prompted to a payments page, where you can pay for the water bottles with your credit or debit card.
- Once you’re done, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email (based on the details you’ve shared here).
Another option to participate in Mahzooz is to head to a Mahzooz kiosk and choose ‘New User.’ The process is pretty straightforward: All you have to do is choose ‘new user,’ enter your phone number and follow the instructions. You can watch the weekly live draws on the official Mahzooz website, Facebook page and YouTube channel every Saturday at 09:00 pm GST. If you missed the live stream, winners are notified, and the prize amount is added to their ‘Winning Balance’.
HOW TO ADD CREDIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Instead of using your credit or debit card each time you want to participate in the draw, you could add credits to your account and use them to buy water bottles.

HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS?

Here’s what you need to do to get the big prize if you’re lucky!
- Use your login credentials to access your account.
- Go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Balance Summary/Total Balance’. Next, click on ‘Transfer/Withdraw’.
- You have three options from here. One, you can use your wins to add credits. To do so, you can click on transfer all winnings. Please note that once you have transferred all your winnings to your credit, you cannot refund them.
- Alternatively, you can withdraw your winnings via bank transfer or collection at an authorised exchange house. Withdrawals above AED 7k can only be made through bank transfer.
- Match Five prizes (when you’ve got all five numbers) must be claimed in person in the UAE. This amount is transferred to a UAE bank account. To do this, enter the amount and select the withdrawal method. You will be asked to fill in the relevant details regarding the withdrawal, such as your bank details.
- A third option is to transfer part of your prize to your “Credit Balance” and withdraw the remaining cash. Make your decision as soon as possible, as if you don’t withdraw your winnings within 60 days, they will be automatically transferred to your credits.
- A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to your phone.
- If the withdrawal amount is less than AED 300, a charge of AED 10 applies as a UAE bank transaction. Transferring money to a foreign bank is charged at AED 20. As part of the Mahzooz KYC and due diligence, participants must verify their accounts for identification and security purposes. If you do not claim your prize (whether from the Grand Draw or Raffle Draw) within the 60-day withdrawal period, it will be forfeited and given to the Department of Economic Development.
