ABOUT NICK:
Nick Vadera is an Indian national, born in Dubai UAE. He received his Bachelor of Business Management
major in finance at Ras Al Khaimah Bit-ranchi University in 2012. After graduating, he joined The Question Company as Respond Agent and worked part-time with DU Telecom & Gitex. A year later, he found his true calling when he joined La Capitale Real Estate as a Property Consultant. Nick famously sold 37 Million worth of properties in his first three months. After finishing his probation period and due to his outstanding performance, he got a promotion to Client Relationship Manager.

The management of La Capitale saw Nick’s potential in selling off-plan properties and therefore made him the Primary Sales Manager focusing on Emaar properties & Dubai Properties in 2015. So far, he has achieved 150 million worth of real estate sales transactions & 45 million in rental transactions. In January 2017, at such a young age, Nick was promoted to TEAM MANAGER. He now manages a team of seven capable off-plan specialists.
