ABOUT RANJEET CHAVAN:
Like most Bayut’s interviewees, Ranjeet Chavan has years of international experience behind him. He began his career at the age of 18 working as a Junior Sales Executive at Rocky Real Estate. Even though joining the estate business was more of an accident for Chavan, he grew to love the dynamic industry and started soaking in as much as he could.
Once he gained enough experience through working with a variety of estate businesses, he ventured to start one of his own. In 2006, Ranjeet and his partners opened the doors to SPF Realty. Their mission was to accomplish ‘aggressive growth coupled with a strong focus on customer satisfaction’. Their practice, back in 2006 and now, is to simplify the process, leave the decision-making to the client and promote fair play and transparency.
Interestingly, Chavan is known for holding interactive sessions with his agents to keep them up to date with current affairs in the market, to pass on his knowledge and to instil confidence within his staff, as one of the most important prerequisites for any successful real estate agency.
