ESPORTS ISLAND ABU DHABI – AN OVERVIEW
True Gamers unveiled its plan to build the world’s first eSports Island in Abu Dhabi with the aim to train and accommodate athletes in the gaming industry. WHAT TO EXPECT?

- A social space called The Digital Tower to facilitate meetings, start-up accelerators and animation studios.
- A TG Arena with 100 PCs, a simulation racing section and a dedicated space for console gaming. The arena will also have spaces for eSports tournaments.
- A boot camp section is similar to American college fraternities with accommodations.
- A GG Resort featuring 200 rooms. Each room will be equipped with gaming PCs. The plan is to introduce ‘a parachute jump check-in’ inspired by PUBG.

The eSports Island Abu Dhabi location has yet to be finalised, but it is anticipated to be between Al Bandar and Al Dana development in Al Raha Beach.
