Espace’s Roberto Perez wins the October ’17 Agent of the Month

It’s Halloween but we’ve got a treat in store for one of best Dubai’s real estate professionals! Bayut and Espace Real Estate, our very deserving Agency of the Month, are pleased to announce that Roberto Perez has bagged the coveted certificate for October 2017’s Agent of the Month.

Each month, a high performing and valuable employee is selected to be honoured not only for his dedicated service to his company but to the Dubai real estate industry as a whole. The lucky winner gets a snazzy certificate and dinner for two at one of the city’s best restaurants. But before he goes for dinner, here’s a little more about our Agent of the Month.

Hailing from Spain, Roberto fell in love with the spirit of Dubai – its plentiful cultural, social and recreational opportunities were just too attractive. On his role as Sales Manager for Espace, Roberto says that he is, “able to draw upon my considerable experience to best serve my clients. I have fifteen years’ experience in Real Estate and…have now been with Espace Real Estate for seven years and enjoy the challenges and opportunities that my day-to-day role brings.”

Roberto specialises primarily in residential units in Jumeirah Islands – however, he is also well-versed in property in Emirates Hills, The Meadows, The Lakes, Jumeirah Park, Arabian Ranches and Green Community.

Roberto’s success in real estate can be credited to his strong work ethic and sheer dedication to helping clients find the right property for their needs, by really listening to those needs. In fact, his mantra is “to be in touch and stay in touch!”
