About Ahmadyar Developments

Ahmadyar Developments traces back to humble beginnings in petroleum trading in Kabul, Afghanistan from 1992. In 2004, Ahmyadyar Group was formed, running various different verticals including fuel and gas distribution, transportation, logistics and cargo, ready-mix concrete production and property development in Afghanistan. Today, they have a global presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and the UK.

Ahmadyar Developments aims to create luxury properties and communities in Dubai, offering high-end lifestyles to its residents. Combined with high returns on investment, the company aims to offer a lucrative property investment opportunity for investors.

They have three completed properties in Kabul, Afghanistan: Ahmadyar Plaza, Ahmadyar Center and Ahmadyar Tower. They have just launched their first real estate project in Dubai, Palatium Residences.

Palatium Residences in JVC

Palatium Residences is Ahmadyar Development’s first development in Dubai. This 17-storey building is located in Jumeirah Village Circle and features a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Alternatively, it also has one bedroom with a study room and 3-bedroom terrace apartments.
