New Riviera development scheduled to open this December in Dubai
The Creek Marina is the latest waterfront development in Dubai that is set to pique the interest of real estate investors in the city. Modelled after the French Riviera, this beautiful new project is taking shape at the Dubai Creek Harbour. Aficionados of property news in the UAE welcomed the announcement of the upscale development by Emaar which will feature a marina with docking stations for luxury yachts along with a Yacht Club and refuelling stations. It will also be home to a spectacular fountain and luxury retail and dining outlets.
In a statement to Dubai real estate news segments, Emaar also said that the Creek Marina will be home to the Vida Harbour Point, a harbour hotel in the style of those in Singapore and Shanghai with 286-rooms, scheduled to open in 2019.
Emaar named official hospitality partner for Expo 2020
Organisers of the Expo 2020 in Dubai have unveiled the hospitality and leisure wing of Emaar Properties as the official partners for the magnum opus event set to take place in a couple of years. Emaar Hospitality which has consistently been mentioned in the property news in Dubai for their excellence in customer experience will also get to showcase their innovations at the Expo, enabling visitors from across the globe to experience a slice of Emirati hospitality.

Aurora Real Estate Development handover Hyati Residences
There’s a brand new set of properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) now for renters and investors to look into. Aurora Developers said to Dubai property news outlets this week that they have handed over the AED 168M project in JVC which features 122 affordable apartments and 20 townhouses. The development boasts modern, bespoke living spaces with high-quality finishing. There are six studios, 82 1-bedroom flats and 35 2-bedroom units in the apartment complex of the development. The townhouses are 4-bedroom units with parking spaces and a terrace.

There are a total of 1032 properties in Lawnz by Danube with prices starting at an extremely modest AED 290k. Construction is set to begin in late 2018, and once complete the development will feature premium amenities including health club, swimming pool, jogging tracks, barbecue deck, sports facilities and an outdoor cinema.
Atif Rahman, director and partner of Danube Properties, said: “The customer response for the first phase of the project – about half of the total inventories – was amazing and overwhelming.”
