The winner of Bayut’s Agency of the Month Award for October 2017 is one of the truly leading brokerages in Dubai real estate, Espace. Espace first opened its doors to clients over eight years ago in Dubai Investment Parks. By 2010, they successfully expanded their business with an outlet in Meadows Town Centre, as well as managed to increase their headcount to twenty people. In 2011, they just as impressively launched a superb property-exclusive magazine, EspacExtra. The magazine is published to this day to a readership base exceeding tens of thousand.
By 2013, Espace’s headcount grew to 35 employees and the company invested in just as many unique Espace- branded cars (plus, a ‘board’ van) for a fast and safe commute. In 2015, they were crowned with the Dubai’s Best Brokerage Service. Now, their office is in the famous Marina Plaza building where they’ve got 85 staffers, many of whom are multi-lingual Client Managers working diligently to help you make the right property move.
