1/JBR is a new luxurious residential tower being developed by Dubai Properties in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), the prime waterfront location that allows for beachside living. The apartments offer unmatched luxury with every unit providing panoramic sea views.

With 2- to 4-bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses with finely crafted interiors, all residences within 1/JBR have a unique glass façade and wide sundecks to further amplify the distinctive tower’s location on the Arabian shores.
