DLD’s electronic service, Madmoun Dubai, was enacted on 24th April 2023. Real estate companies can put the QR code on their advertisements, including print and audiovisual ads. All customers and investors can use the QR code to verify advertisement information on the official DLD website, like details about the advertising company and property specifications.
MADMOUN REAL ESTATE SERVICE ON BAYUT
You can now access the Madmoun Service through the Bayut website and app. When browsing a property listing on Bayut, scroll to the section entitled ”Regularity Information”. In this section, you’ll find the DED number, RERA number and the Trakheesi Permit (Madmoun Service) QR code.
Click on the QR code to be redirected to that property listing’s official Real Estate Permit Card on the Trakheesi website. Once on the Real Estate Permit Card, you can view the Listing Details, Authority Details and Property Details for that specific listing. You’ll also see confirmation that the listing has been verified by the Dubai Land Department.
