UAE nationals can apply for a temporary connection on the DEWA Smart App. This temporary electricity connection is provided in the case of special events where a road or public space has to be used, more commonly for mourning or a wedding. BUILDING NOC – ELECTRICITY/WATER
The DEWA Smart App also enables you to get started on the Electricity/Water Building NOC for getting a building permit issued. The process only takes a few minutes to complete on the app and you can get the NOC within three working days.
