- Log in using the UAE Pass.
- Your personal dashboard will appear where you can find the tab “Case Management”.
- Click on ‘My Cases’ to see the list of cases against you.
- Click on the eye icon to see the details of a particular case.
- At this stage, you can add or remove a lawyer depending on your situation.
- Next, you can click on ‘Request’.
- Here you will have to fill the form with the details of your case. Depending on your case, you may have to make a payment.
- The next is to upload any case related documents.
PAYMENT
In some cases, you may have to clear payments in lieu of fines or other outstanding debt to be able to submit a cancellation request of a travel ban order.
To pay this sum, visit the Ministry of Justice website dashboard and enter application’s reference number and submit. The amount needed to be paid would appear next. Make the payment via card.
