To secure its position, Burj Azizi must surpass the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower, a residential clock tower set to reach 450 metres. Once completed, the Aeternitas Tower is aiming to become the second-tallest building in the world.
With its 725-metre height, the skyscraper is all set to become the second-tallest building in the world and upon completion, break several records, including:
- The highest hotel lobby in the world on level 11
- The highest observation deck on level 130
- The highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122
- The highest hotel room on level 118
Azizi Developments, the visionaries behind the project, have plans to commence sales in February 2025.
