Free Jump
Free Jump is the main platform at BOUNCE featuring more than 100 interconnected trampolines with bright and huge colourful spaces. X Park
Next up we have X Park, an obstacle course for everyone who ever dreamt of becoming a ninja. The course is located behind a fence inside BOUNCE Abu Dhabi and is open to anyone who is more than 125 cm tall. Three ninjas are present here to help you along your way. X Park Ninja Warrior course has 13 obstacles on one floor. This is less than the number at the Dubai venue, however, they are equally challenging. The course tests your jumping, climbing, running and gymnastic skills and offers a holistic workout.
Dodgeball
Here’s one activity that you can enjoy with family and friends. BOUNCE Abu Dhabi Marina Mall has two Dodgeball courts where you can play in teams of up to eight players. The court also has giant airbags containing 200 cubic metres of air.
Performance
This one is a wonderful activity for sports enthusiasts. Performance is an advanced stage of Free Jump featuring a large 5.5 m infinity wall. This is a great place to hone your athletic skills and develop your stamina and flexibility.
Slam Dunk
Want to shoot some hoops? Here’s your chance to practice those trick shots that you always wanted. Take a stride, jump on a trampoline and try to hit the slam dunk at the basketball hoops.
The Wall

Big Bag

Things to Consider
You need to keep a few things in mind when planning a trip to BOUNCE Abu Dhabi:
- You need to wear sports shoes before entering X Park
- There is a cafeteria in the lounge area and you cannot bring food and drinks from outside
- You need to wear special bounce socks (these are included in the entry ticket)
