The multi-service app, Careem recently announced its “School Rides” booking feature in Dubai. Parents can book customised packages with as many as 40 rides for three months. The purpose is to offer on-demand affordable school rides. The customised packages allow parents flexibility regarding their work schedule, weekends and vacations.
Importantly, when you book a school ride with Careem in Dubai, it will not be subject to peak pricing. This factor is critical as it would allow 40% saving on rides compared to a regular trip. Furthermore, carpooling with up to four passengers for the same destination is possible. However, all four individuals have to be within the same pickup area. In terms of cars, there is the option of premium ones like Lexus, Toyota, and Infiniti.
Parents would be encouraged to hear that Careem has promised to do everything it can to ensure the safety of children. The drivers are subject to background and security checks. Also, they are trained to maintain child safety during the Careem School Rides.
When you book school rides with Careem in Dubai, the app allows you to track each trip in real-time. So, as a parent, you can check when your child gets in the car, where it goes and at what time they have been safely dropped home.
