Bayut wins Best Property Portal award by Forbes Middle East

This year we have had the pleasure of achieving several amazing milestones; whether it’s hosting the region’s biggest property summit ever, emerging as market leaders in May and steadily attracting more and more users or reaching record high traffic of over 3 Million monthly sessions; 2019 has been the year that we were truly able to push the envelope and create a tangible change in the country that we are proud to call our home! Adding to this incredible list of achievements, we were recognised by Forbes Middle East with a special award that exemplifies our commitment to the UAE real estate market. On Monday, 18 November 2019, Bayut was awarded the title of the ‘Best Property Portal’ in the region by the Forbes Middle East, for transforming the region’s real estate market. This amazing award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Bayut family and one which showcases how far we have come in the last few years.
The award from Forbes ME, which celebrates our efforts towards disrupting the UAE real estate market, caps off an eventful and successful year for the Bayut team. Not only have our users and clients benefitted from our constant efforts to improve the search experience, but with the increasing traffic numbers we are able to see how much people are counting on Bayut to support them through every step of the property search process through supplementary features such as in-depth Area Guides, detailed Building Guides and informative articles on the MyBayut Blog. These innovative additions have contributed to Bayut being honoured with the Best Property Portal award by Forbes Middle East, an accomplishment that the entire team is proud and thrilled about!
Haider Ali Khan on the Cover of Forbes ME
Adding to our joy on receiving this recognition, our CEO Haider Ali Khan was also unveiled on the Cover of Forbes Middle East’s November Arabic edition! He joins a prestigious list of GCC’s top entrepreneurs and leaders including Ghassan Aboud, Elias Murr and renowned artists and musicians including local favourite Hassan El-Shafaei and Bollywood sensation Shah Rukh Khan. Other international tech leaders who have graced the Forbes magazine cover in the recent past include Microsoft’s Satya Nadella and Instagram’s Kevin Systrom. To join this illustrious list is indeed a proud moment for the entire Bayut family.

The Best Property Portal Award and How Bayut Has Transformed the Region’s Real Estate Market
Being a real estate portal that is trusted by millions of people around the UAE, we have always taken our responsibility to serve the needs of our users extremely seriously. We have never attempted to follow a set path, we have defined our own way and kept moving steadily to reach the pinnacle of success. This year we hosted the biggest inaugural real estate summit of the region with the Bayut Big Broker Event 2019, attended by close to 1,000 agents, to raise awareness and stimulate discussions around market conditions. During the event, we announced the launch of several bespoke features including the regions only standardised 2D and 3D floor plans of 45,000 plus layouts, giving end users a birds-eye view of the properties they are interested in.

The app, which has already been well received by the real estate fraternity is also helping end-users. Using BayutPro agents can verify the availability and validity of properties with the new TruCheck™ badge, which will help users to easily identify properties which are still on the market.
