As per the search data, Al Hamra Village was the area that generated the most interest amongst those searching for apartments for sale in RAK:
- The price-per-square-foot in the area surged by 7.84%, going from AED 587 in 2022 to AED 633 in 2023.
- To buy a 1-bed apartment in Al Hamra Village, buyers paid AED 533k on average. The cost of 2 and 3-bed units stood at AED 848k and AED 1.58M, respectively.
