Our revamped Amenities section has all this information (and more), arranged by relevance and importance, making it easy for you to get a holistic idea of your property in just one glance.

But now, with our new in-website Commute calculator you can make a more informed decision about where to live. All you need to do is choose your prefered mode of travel (driving, walking, cycling or public transit), input your desired location and the nifty app will display the best route and expected commute time.

Now that you’ve found the perfect home, conveniently located, it’s important to know what’s nearby. Is there a good school or nursery for your children? What about a clinic or hospital for when you’re not well? Are there good restaurants or cafes for when you want to catch up with friends (or just can’t be bothered to cook)? The ‘Nearby’ feature is your neighbourhood directory, marking out educational institutions, medical centres and more on a map – all close to your selected property.

The trends tool on bayut.com — With the updated Trends tool, view the average property price in the area over the last 6 or 12 months.

Our popular, data-centric Trends feature has also been enhanced to be more user-friendly and easy to understand for even the least savvy investors. We have also introduced a new feature, Popularity Comparison. This useful tool displays the most searched for towers or sub-communities in the area, for the property type the user initially searched for. To explore these other areas, simply click on the tower or sub-community name and you’ll be redirected to properties there.
