Bayut Hosts a Breakfast for Heads of Dubai’s Top Real Estate Agencies (Video)
Last Tuesday, May 2nd, Bayut hosted a luxurious breakfast for the management of renowned real estate agencies in Dubai. The event titled ‘Bayut Connect’ took place in the beautiful Windsor 2 ballroom at Grosvenor House hotel in Dubai Marina.
Among the 60 attendees were the Managing Directors and other integral team members of Kensington, PH Properties, Driven, SPF Realty, Trimeta, Exclusive Links, St. Clair, MD Properties, Roots Land, Sheraton Grand, Dacha and Engel & Völkers, among others.
As the name suggests, ‘Bayut Connect’ was primarily a networking opportunity – a chance for the heads of Dubai’s most successful agencies to catch up. Therefore, the guests were treated to a buffet, which allowed everyone to mingle and converse among themselves, as well as with members of the Bayut team.

During the breakfast, The CEO of Bayut, Haider Ali Khan held a short presentation on the company’s growth. To begin with, Bayut was the most funded property portal in the region in 2016.
Furthermore, the website traffic data demonstrated an impressive increase during last year, as did the numbers of subscribers. Additionally, there was a marked growth in terms of the number of clients, achievements and marketing, and much more.
Finally, Bayut.com’s management and guests took a moment to look back at last month’s Agency of the Month, SPF Realty. This agency had last month proved itself as the leader in real estate services, customer care, enthusiasm and willingness to further expand their knowledge via Bayut Academy.
