- The average price-per-square-foot for apartments for sale in JVC recorded increases of 4.96% to stand at AED 974 in H1 2023.
- The DLD valued the average transaction price for apartment sale in Jumeirah Village Circle at AED 651k, following a decrease of 2.17%.
- On average, studios for sale in JVC were priced at AED 488k, whereas buyers paid around AED 759k for 1-bed flats and AED 1.14M for 2-bed units.
Potential investors looking for budget-friendly apartments also gravitated towards Jumeirah Lake Towers:
