What is Bayut Chat?
Along with our existing options for phone, email and WhatsApp communication, we’ve introduced a new way for users on Bayut to connect directly with the agent for their preferred properties!
When browsing properties on Bayut’s desktop and mobile website, users can now send messages to the relevant agent in real-time and receive swift responses to their questions.
How to use the live chat on Bayut
The brand new Bayut Chat is an easy-to-use instant messaging feature that you can use to learn more about properties on Bayut that you’re interested in!
You can use the new chat feature to connect with agents on both the desktop and mobile versions of Bayut’s website.
Steps to use Bayut Chat
You must be a registered user on Bayut to communicate with agents using Bayut Chat. You can log in to your account or register for free, using the ‘Login’ tab on Bayut’s homepage, on both desktop and mobile.
Once you have logged in, navigate to the property details page for your preferred listing. The live chat on Bayut is available for both properties for sale and rent.
Properties that have Bayut Chat enabled will have a green chat bubble icon displayed in the corner. Tap the icon to open up a new chat window, which will directly connect you to the agent who has listed the property.
You can now send an instant message to the agent if you have any queries about the price, location or features of the property!
The live chat on Bayut also allows both you and the agent to share photos of properties to the conversation, helping you to get a better idea of your next home or office space.
If you miss a response from an agent on the Bayut live chat, you’ll receive an email notification so you can follow up with the agent and have your queries answered.
Our new chat feature opens up another, convenient avenue for you to communicate with agents and brokers, simplifying the search for properties in the UAE! You can schedule viewings, clarify details and exchange photographs of properties with the new Bayut Chat.
