- The average price-per-square-foot for flats for sale in Ajman Downtown went down by 8.68% to average at AED 187.
- To buy a 1-bed unit in Ajman Downtown, investors paid AED 210k on average. The sales prices averaged at AED 291k and AED 366k for 2 and 3-bed flats, respectively.
Our analysis for the Ajman market report for 2022 showed that Emirates City was the second most popular area to look for apartments for sale.
- For flats for sale in Emirates City, the average price-per-square-foot dropped by 4.10% to AED 168.
- Those interested in buying a flat in Emirates City paid AED 162k on average for a 1-bed flat. The average financial outlay for 2 and 3-bed flats stood at AED 221k and AED 259k, respectively.
