Bayut Academy: Bayut Wraps Up a Successful Workshop With Abu Dhabi Realtors
In line with Bayut’s ongoing commitment to the success of UAE brokers, the renowned property portal hosted yet another rewarding Bayut Academy workshop for the estate agents of Abu Dhabi. The workshop was led by the Senior Customer Experience Manager and Bayut Academy Coordinator, Caroline Tinkle.
Eighty-two guests were among the attendees, including brokers from the top estate agencies in the capital, such as Chestertons Mena, LLJ Properties, Crompton Partners Estate Agents, MPM Properties, First Choice Properties, and much more. The training session took place at the stunning 5-star Anantara Eastern Mangroves Hotel.
Bayut Academy is a series of workshops devised to help agents and brokers refine their communication skills and selling skills. Even though it is a relatively new benefit of doing business with Bayut, it’s already added certifiable value to agencies in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Agents and Managers in both emirates have marked an increase in closed deals since implementing the training methods.
Bayut Academy workshop for the estate agents of Abu Dhabi took place on August 8th and covered relevant topics like:
- Communication Skills (in day-to-day selling)
- How to Build a Service Culture (the importance of leadership, building blocks and ongoing training)
- Creating a Customer Journey Map (understanding how your customers interact with your brand and mapping the journey to find service gaps)
