Bay Avenue Park Dubai: Facilities and Attractions
A project by Dubai Properties, the park was developed in 2014 as an addition to the Bay Avenue project which also includes a retail centre. It covers an area of 102, 675 sq. ft. and is located in the heart of Business Bay.
While addressing the press at the launch of the park, Sahar Al Ansari, the executive director of Real Estate Management at DP, shared details about some of the facilities that tenants of flats in Business Bay could enjoy with the opening of the park.
“We are committed to enhancing our destinations and districts for the benefit of residents and visitors, through providing additional services and leisure facilities. Bay Avenue Mall was opened two years ago to service the needs of over 50,000 people in Business Bay. Now, with the opening of this park, we hope to turn this into a truly unique destination where visitors can relax and enjoy the outdoor space.”
The park features a large, green lawn along with a jogging track and two outdoor gyms. Bay Avenue Park Business Bay also has a trampoline and other recreational facilities, making it a great place for those owning apartments in Business Bay to unwind after a long day. It is also one of the best skateparks in Dubai.
In addition to this, there are two playgrounds to keep children entertained. These amenities are ideal for families residing in Business Bay, especially those living in the Executive Towers complex.
Bay Avenue park is also a great place for teenagers to hang out, thanks to its graffiti-laden artistic walls that gives it a contemporary feel.
The park also has a whole strip of coffee shops and a dancing fountain nearby. These include La Brioche, Espressini and more which are considered some of the best cafes in Business Bay.
Jogging Terrace
The jogging path runs for along a kilometre around the Bay Area and you can view landmarks of the area while you walk or jog at the park. One can enjoy views of the Iris Bay as well as the new Zaha Hadid building.
Yoga Lessons
Those who like to keep fit can join a host of outdoor activities at the park, including yoga, Zumba and aerobics. Yoga sessions generally take place on Fridays from 08:15 am to 09:15 am. The class is open to people of all ages and abilities.
Bay Avenue Skate Park
The staking area is nestled between the Bay Avenue Park running track and the lush green gardens of Bay Avenue Park. While it seems small and unassuming at first glance, the rails, ledges and slopes present quite a challenge, even to experienced skaters. You can come here to skate at any time of the day. What’s better is that the park is open to skaters of all ages and skill levels.
Farmers Market
The Bay Avenue Park at Business Bay also hosts the Farmers Market. Before the park was set up this event used to be hosted on the Bay Avenue Terrace every year since 2010.
The markets are usually set up during the winter months on every Friday and Saturday from 08:00 am to 01:00 pm where you can meet local farmers and buy fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, honey and more. Buying fresh produce at the Farmers Market is a great way to support local farmers and eat healthy! The market also offers face painting and other arts and craft activities to keep the little ones busy while you buy the freshest organic produce.
Bay Avenue Park Dubai Location
The park is located at Spinney’s end – Al A’amal Street, Business Bay. You can easily reach the park from the Business Bay Metro Station; it’s a short 15-minute walk to get to the park. A convenient Bay Avenue parking area is also available for those who are coming by car. Bay Avenue parking rate (AED 10) applies when you park your vehicle for more than two hours, or when you use the parking facility after 06:00 pm.

The park has free entry. But please note that parking is paid after the first two hours.
