THE EDUCATION, TRAINING & R&D ZONE
The Education & Training cluster has been designed to host Research and Development facilities and conduct educational activities. Besides the Emirates Flight Training Academy, you will find other educational and training centres operating in this part of the district.

LEASABLE PLOTS
You may also want to consider the availability of leasable plots for Code F and Code C MROs. These plots are to build-to-suit or for self-development.
- For Code C MROs: A total of 32-land plots (5,000 sq. m.) are available for lease. These are designed to hold maintenance hangars, offices and workshops for maintenance and parking.
- For Code F MROs: Airside plots start from 18,000 sq. m and are designed to host office areas, stores area and maintenance workshops.
PARKING HANGARS
The Aviation District has parking hangars on Code C plots to accommodate three Code C aircraft of B727-200 type (or a smaller aircraft).
