Cancellation Policy at Atlantis The Palm

The cancellation policies at Atlantis The Palm hotel are subject to chosen rooms, seasonal changes and other terms. During high season, reservations cancelled within 14 days before arrival at 03:00 pm (DXB time) will be charged in full. Bookings made to Signature Suites are non-refundable.

You must be 18 years or older to book a room at the hotel. Included in a stay is access to the Atlantis Kids Club, The Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure Waterpark.
