INCEPTION OF THE MOCCAE UAE
The UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment came into existence in 2016, when the UAE government expanded the role of the Ministry of Environment and Water to also take care of matters related to local and international climate change.
The primary aim of MOCCAE UAE is to design and adapt sustainable environmental policies to combat climate change and preserve the environment as much as possible.
